Message: I'm trying to obtain what I have been calling purple wave petunias. But I think I'm not calling them by the right name. I know they are a "wave" brand petunia, but the color I'm looking for is a very deep dark purple. I wonder if what I'm looking for is the double blue? Here's a hint, it's the only petunia I've ever known to have a fragrance. It's a strong spicy/sweet smell. Smells great!!!

Message: THE PETUNIA YOU'RE LOOKING FOR IS ACTUALLY CALLED 'BLUE SPREADING' WAVE IF YOU CAN'T LOCATE THIS ONE, ANOTHER SWEET SMELLING PETUNIA IS SUPERTUNIA 'PRISCILLA'. IT ISN'T THE SAME DARK PURPLE, BUT RATHER A LILAC COLOURED, DOUBLE PETUNIA WITH DARKER VEINATION.
