Message: Hello, I would like to know how many of the new wave petunias you would put in a 10 or 12 inch hanging basket, if you wanted only those plants in the container to make full basket? Thank-you, Shirley

Message: I would suggest using a 12" hanging basket as the added soil volume will benefit these heavy feeding plants. I would add no more than three wave petunias as they are very vigorous growers. It is beneficial to pinch back the growing tips as this will create a better branching plant. In containers, Wave Petunias should be fertilized with a water soluble fertilizer once a week.

Message: Never more than 1 wave petunia in a 12" pot. They spread out to be 2ft. wide
